Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ReadyGauge by the Wix site owner or authorized user who installs or uses the app. By starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, the customer agrees to these Terms and any terms presented by Wix during installation or checkout.
Service
ReadyGauge is a Wix dashboard/sidebar tool that supports class check-ins by finding a booking, displaying relevant membership and waiver/intake status, and recording attendance against the selected booking and event. The app is intended to assist front-desk workflow; it does not replace the customer’s responsibility for account administration, legal compliance, or independent judgment.
Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must be authorized to act for the Wix site on which the app is installed.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your Wix account and for the accuracy and lawfulness of data in that account.
- You are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, or permissions required for the information you process through your Wix site.
- You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
Required Wix products
The V1 release is designed to work with Wix Bookings, Wix Members Area, and Wix Pricing Plans, and it also uses Wix Intake Forms functionality for waiver/intake status. Availability of particular data depends on the customer’s Wix configuration and permissions.
Trial, pricing, and billing
The V1 commercial model is one Premium plan at US$9.99 per month with a 14-day Wix-managed trial. Wix also requires a yearly billing option, currently configured at US$119.88 per year. Billing, payment-method handling, taxes, currency conversion, trial activation, renewal, cancellation, and related checkout mechanics are handled through Wix and remain subject to the information shown at checkout and applicable Wix terms.
Customers can turn off auto-renew through Wix. Under Wix’s current app-subscription guidance, cancellation prevents the next renewal while paid access continues through the current subscription period. Wix currently states that third-party app upgrades are non-refundable.
App behaviour and limitations
- Membership status is informational and does not by itself determine whether a customer may participate.
- A required waiver/intake status may block check-in when the required form is missing or its status cannot be confirmed.
- Canceled or already-attended bookings are blocked from check-in.
- The app depends on Wix services, APIs, permissions, and data availability; outages, permission changes, or upstream failures can affect operation.
- Users must verify unusual or safety-sensitive situations rather than relying blindly on an automated status.
Updates and availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as reasonably necessary. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
The app, its software, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by Dyamiris Group or its licensors. These Terms grant the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app during an active trial or paid entitlement, subject to these Terms.
Privacy
Use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Wix separately governs its own platform and services under its applicable terms and privacy documents.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every upstream Wix status, booking record, membership state, waiver/intake result, or third-party service will always be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dyamiris Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for misuse, security, non-payment, legal requirements, or protection of the service. Customers may cancel through the billing controls provided by Wix, subject to the terms shown there.
