Who we are
Dyamiris Group provides ReadyGauge, a Wix dashboard/sidebar application for managing class check-ins. Privacy contact: privacy@dyamirisgroup.com.
What the app does
The app helps a Wix site operator find a customer’s booking, review relevant membership and waiver/intake status, and check the customer into the correct class. Attendance is tied to the specific booking and event. Canceled or already-attended bookings are blocked. Membership status is informational, while a required waiver/intake status may block check-in when it is missing or unknown.
Information the app may process
- Wix site/app operational identifiers and entitlement fields, including instance ID, site time zone, free/trial status, trial end/availability, and package name.
- Customer/contact information used for desk lookup and matching: contact ID, name, email, and phone; member lookup uses the Wix contact-to-member relationship and member ID.
- Booking and class/event information, including booking ID, event ID, service/class identifiers, title, start/end time, time zone, booking status, participant count, participant contact identifiers, and attendance status.
- Pricing Plan and membership-related status needed for the desk view, including plan/order status and applicable benefit eligibility/balance metadata.
- Intake-form identifiers/names and submission status used for waiver/intake checks. ReadyGauge does not read or store intake answer fields.
- Merchant configuration stored in Wix Data: selected service IDs, required form IDs, site-default waiver flag, time format, and onboarding-completed state.
- Console-only diagnostic events and API error messages. An optional staff search-debug mode may log the search query and selected person ID in the browser console when explicitly enabled.
How we use information
- Display and match today’s bookings and the selected customer.
- Show membership and waiver/intake status before check-in.
- Record attendance against the correct booking and event.
- Prevent canceled or already-attended bookings from being checked in again.
- Maintain app settings and support normal operation.
- Diagnose errors, protect the service, and respond to support requests where applicable.
Where the information comes from
The app receives information through the Wix site on which it is installed and the Wix products or APIs used by that site, including Wix Bookings, Wix Members Area, Wix Pricing Plans, and Wix Intake Forms functionality.
Storage, hosting, and retention
ReadyGauge V1 operates within the Wix ecosystem. The app reads customer/member and operational data live through Wix APIs and does not write customer/member data to a separate ReadyGauge database or any non-Wix destination. The app persists only merchant configuration in an app-owned Wix Data collection: selected service IDs, required form IDs, a site-default waiver flag, time format, and onboarding-completed state. Attendance written by the app remains part of Wix Bookings. In-memory UI state and check-in locks end with the page/session.
The app source defines no merchant-config time-to-live, removal routine, or uninstall handler. Current Wix documentation for this collection type does not establish automatic deletion on app uninstall, so this policy does not promise automatic uninstall deletion.
Sharing and service providers
Wix is the platform and runtime service provider used by ReadyGauge V1 for app APIs, hosting/runtime functions, Wix Data storage, Bookings attendance, and the billing/upgrade path. The V1 implementation audit found no non-Wix runtime storage destination, analytics service, or other runtime subprocessor. This policy does not make broader claims about Wix’s own downstream providers or legal disclosures.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed and rely in part on Wix platform security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your privacy choices and requests
Wix site owners remain responsible for their own relationship with their customers and for configuring their Wix site lawfully. If you are an end customer of a business using ReadyGauge, privacy requests about the business’s records should normally be directed first to that business. Questions specifically about ReadyGauge may be sent to privacy@dyamirisgroup.com.
International processing
Wix may process information in locations permitted by its applicable service terms and privacy commitments. ReadyGauge V1 does not add a separate non-Wix runtime service provider based on the audited implementation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a revised policy is published.
